1. DRC received a detailed brief from the client to fill a new position.
2. We publicize the position and search our extensive network for CVs of suitable candidates.
3. Carefully screening the CVs and shortlisting of the best candidates.
4. Extensive due-diligence on each applicant and checking of references.
5. Preliminary interviews are conducted by DRC to further narrow down candidates.
6. Expectations, experience and salary are discussed with the potential candidates.
7. Only the best few candidates that match or exceed all expectations are presented to the client for the final interview and selection.
8. Once the candidate is selected, the formal contract is signed.
