DRC Director Ahmad has been a leading figure recruitment and manpower industry for over a two decade. His professional track record includes founding Dubai Business Services (DBS) in 2002 and the Dubai Recruitment Company (DRC) in 2004, MBH Outsourcing (MBH) in 2016. His extensive experience in the field has been called upon by domestic and foreign governments to advice on issues related to workers markets and policies.

Ahmad has led a transformation of business strategy at multiple occasion, before bringing his experience to DRC. Under his guidance, DBS, DRC and MBH have added business lines and have benefitted from rapid growth, with a footprint that now extends across 15 countries.

Earlier in his career, he has also served as the cofounder and managing partner at Dubai Business Accounting (DBA) and the Centre Construction Company (CCC).

Ahmad holds a Master Degree in Business & Accounting from The University of Jordan and is a strong believer in the power of social media as a powerful recruitment and screening tool.
